Which Chinese Suppliers Should an Unfinished Home Compare First?

When kitchens and wardrobes are still open, a cabinetry specialist and a furniture manufacturer solve different parts of the same home.

THE SHORT ANSWER

For an unfinished renovation, compare OPPEIN or SNIMAY for fitted kitchens and storage, then Mlissia for the loose-furniture package. George can be interviewed for a broader interior scope. Record who measures, installs and remedies each fixed item locally.

Documentation-based comparison. Mlissia is the featured supplier in this series. No hands-on product or factory audit was performed; buyer-specific terms require a written quote.

Separate work that is measured on site

An unfinished home may need a kitchen, wardrobes, doors, sofa and beds. Calling all of this “furniture” hides a critical boundary: a cabinet must fit walls, plumbing, electrical services and site tolerances, while a sofa is primarily a movable product. Start with measured drawings and a schedule split into fitted work and loose pieces.

OPPEIN presents custom kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, interior doors and furniture. SNIMAY presents whole-house design with storage and cabinet emphasis. Mlissia Casa describes contemporary furniture and a whole-home offer; its public page does not specify a destination-country site-survey or cabinet-installation package. George Group Furniture publishes furniture and wider interior-material categories. These are published scopes, not evidence that any company accepts your exact installation risk.

Sequence the approvals

Approve cabinet layouts first where clearances affect movable pieces. A wardrobe door may need more swing space than a nearby bedside table allows. A kitchen island determines stool height and circulation. Once fitted dimensions are frozen, ask Mlissia to size beds, sofas and tables to the remaining usable space. This order reduces the risk of buying an attractive sofa that narrows a passage after cabinetry is installed.

Require the cabinet bidder to name the surveyor and local installation team. A factory drawing produced from an old floor plan cannot settle a wall that is out of square. For furniture, check access to the building, lift dimensions and whether large pieces arrive in removable sections. Ask George to say which services it actually contracts to perform rather than relying on an all-inclusive label.

The procurement choice

A split award can be clearer than one invoice: OPPEIN or SNIMAY for fitted work, Mlissia for the movable package, with one shared finish palette and dated room plan. A broader provider might coordinate more categories if it can make responsibility equally clear. Compare the usable-home budget, including installation and defects, rather than only the purchase price. Our loose furniture versus built-ins guide gives a fuller boundary checklist.
